taking screenshots
It is sometimes useful to be able to take a screenshot, perhaps to send to me when you get an error screen for example. If you want to take a screenshot, please do the following:
Press the PRTSC key (the "Print Screen" key) - this takes the screenshot.
If you want to print the screenshot out, open a word processor and press CTRL+V to paste the screenshot into a blank document. Then you can print it out by pressing CTRL+P.
If you want to email the screenshot, open a blank email and press CTRL+V to paste the screenshot into the blank email and send it.
