Hourly rates are £32 per hour or part thereof during Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm (this is the "Normal Rate"). All other business hours and public holidays are charged at the "Overtime Rate" of £48 per hour or part thereof. I used to operate a single rate only, but I now have a young family and have had to introduce the "Overtime Rate" in an attempt to reduce the number of callouts on evenings and weekends. Business hours are 9am until 10pm and I am available 7 days a week. |
