Computer Support
Computer support is a very varied subject, but I can generally solve all hardware issues, software issues, problems with operating systems (including Windows, Apple Mac and Linux). I can advise on security and anti-virus/firewall products and I carry the latest and best internet security products with me so they can be installed on-site during a visit. I can also advise on and implement backup strategies, broadband installations and hardware/software purchases. Internet and e-mail problems are well within my realm too. And if your computer develops a really serious problem I can advise you on the best way forward, either a complete system restore or the replacement of parts or possibly even the whole computer if the situation demands it.

Computer Training
Computer training is generally for users who wish to learn or improve their knowledge of either Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. However, there are other areas that I can train in, so please contact me for more information.

Website Design
I offer a high quality (but not high-priced) website design service. Please see the relevant pages using the menu options above.

Supply of Hardware and Software
I am now offering the supply of hardware and software direct from UK-based supplier. Delivery time is usually only a few working days and I am always on-hand should any problems occur (in other words, I don't forget my service levels once I have supplied the goods to you!).

Perhaps the best part of my service is that you don't have to bring your computer to me, since I always visit you in the comfort of your own home. There are also no hidden fees or charges, you just pay the hourly rate.
